Meditate In Place

Weekdays at 8am Pacific, via Zoom. All are welcome. To join, just drop me a line: MeditateInPlace@gmail.com

As I sat to meditate on the first day of our Shelter In Place order, I felt awash in gratitude for a practice that offers a respite from the alarming news flashes and full-catastrophe thinking—a practice that literally buoys the spirit, calms the mind, and inspires creativity and optimism.

So, I committed to using this moment of disrupted routines to establish a new one: A 30-minute meditation every morning at the same time. You know, Meditate In Place!

Want to join me? Meditation is easier when we do it with others and community is one thing I can't live without. I am hosting guided meditations each weekday morning at 8am via Zoom for the duration of Shelter In Place, and maybe longer. Send me an email and I’ll send you the details: MeditateInPlace@gmail.com

May you be well,
Kaitlin

Yoga & Purpose Pop-Up

How do yoga and meditation empower us to refine our sense of purpose and put it into action?

It’s not always easy to make the connection between a sweaty vinyasa class and the kind of intimate relationship with one’s innermost self that yoga promises. In this workshop, we will take a practical approach to exploring that connection, then consider how the physical practice of asana and the contemplative practice of meditation can both be fuel for living a purpose-filled life.

This workshop will include asana and meditation, contemplative exercises designed to help you connect with and refine your sense of purpose, and practical guidance on finding time and energy in a busy life to pursue what matters most to you.

All levels welcome.
